 American Income Life's Spotlight Magazine is a monthly publication that highlights the top international producers of American Income Life and National Income Life. Below are some of the Arias Agency employees who have recently been featured in the Spotlight Magazine for their outstanding performance on a global level within American Income Life and National Income Life.  As of September 2010, Michael "The Rev" Schumacher is the first Arias Agency employee to become a member of AIL's highly-respected "Founder's Club". The Rev qualified by writing $54,912 in net ALP and maintaining a 90.1% retention rate. As a result of his induction into the Founder's Club, Michael received a significant bonus check, and exclusive Founder's Club ring, and he will attend the annual Founder's Club dinner in Miami at the company's 2011 convention.  In the October 2010 issue of the Spotlight Magazine, Regional Director, Justin Adams qualified as the #3 producer internationally for American Income Life and National Income Life. Mr. Adams obtained this rank by writing $28,578 in net ALP throughout October 2010.  In the October 2010 issue of the Spotlight Magazine, Regional Director, Tommy Vena qualified as the #5 Regional Director internationally for AIL and NILICO. Mr. Vena obtained this rank with $183,325 in net ALP. Tommy was also featured in the October '10 issue for attending the company's Billion Dollar Texas BBQ. The BBQ was an exclusive event held at the home of Torchmark CEO, Mark McAndrew. The attendees qualified based on their production in August of 2010. |
